Terms of Service
By booking a service with Aurum Auto Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement
We provide professional mobile detailing services at the customer’s location.
Services will be performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard products and techniques.
Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
Final pricing may change upon inspection.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
4. Access & Safety Requirements
Customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
Adequate space is required to perform services safely.
Access to water and electricity is required unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage.
We are not responsible for:
Existing scratches, dents, stains, or worn surfaces
Damage due to fragile or deteriorated materials
Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges.
6. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
7. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues
8. Weather Policy
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, storms, extreme temperatures).
We will communicate any changes promptly.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
Pre-existing damage
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Photos & Marketing
We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.
License plates and personal information will not be shown unless permitted.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or unsuitable conditions.
