Terms of Service

By booking a service with Aurum Auto Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement

  • We provide professional mobile detailing services at the customer’s location.

  • Services will be performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard products and techniques.

  • Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

  • Final pricing may change upon inspection.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Access & Safety Requirements

  • Customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

  • Adequate space is required to perform services safely.

  • Access to water and electricity is required unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Existing scratches, dents, stains, or worn surfaces

    • Damage due to fragile or deteriorated materials

  • Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues

8. Weather Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, storms, extreme temperatures).

  • We will communicate any changes promptly.

9. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

    • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing

    • Pre-existing damage

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.

  • License plates and personal information will not be shown unless permitted.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or unsuitable conditions.
